Meet the Founder

Simply Different Consulting was founded by Sarah Schnepper.

As a passionate gamer, Sarah has always been interested in technology. Recruitment gave her the opportunity to combine her background in sales with her interest and so she joined the recruitment circus in 2015.

Since then, Sarah has placed tech wizs throughout Europe, working closely with clients of all sizes – from start ups in their first funding round to globally leading corporations.

For her recruiting is more than just matching candidates’ skill sets with job descriptions. It’s a process that requires communication, knowledge, engagement and patience.
And last but not least humour – it’s hard enough eh?
