Simply Different Consulting Ltd will keep your data securely for three consecutive years in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the council.

One of the reasons for this period is, that it is our mission to build lasting relationships with our candidates and clients. So based on our experience, it is likely that we will still be in touch.

Also – and we don’t hope so – you may still be looking for a new opportunity.

Furthermore and in relation to that, we will want to update your data regularly. The more accurate the information we have on you, the better we can match you with a new job opportunity.

After three years we will remove your data from our system permanently unless we are still in contact. Of course, you can request your data to be deleted at any time. Just let us know by sending an email with your deletion request to info@simplydifferent.io and we will see to it.
